Dr. Dana Clutter is an Infectious Diseases physician at Kaiser Permanente where she provides care for patients and does clinical research.
She went to medical school at UCSF, completed residency at NYU, and completed a fellowship in Infectous Diseases at Stanford. While at Stanford she conducted research under Dr. Bob Shafer on HIV drug resistance and recieved a masters degree in Epidemiology and Clinical Research. She now works at Kaiser Permananente in South San Francisco and is the Chief of Infectious Diseases for her Medical Center. She primarily does clinical work, but continues clinical research as well. Her current research focuses on care delivery platforms for HIV and STI testing as well as for HIV PrEP.
