Morgan is a combined infectious diseases and critical care medicine fellow at the National Institutes of Health. She obtained her medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center at New Orleans, and completed her Internal Medicine residency training at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center at New Orleans, Baton Rouge campus. Her research interests focus on the use observational data as a platform to investigate the clinical effectiveness of new therapeutics in the treatment of antimicrobial resistant gram negative infections for which there is no safe and highly effective traditional therapy.
