Sarah Withers is a board-certified clinical pharmacy specialist in infectious diseases at Prisma Health – Greenville Memorial Hospital. In her eight years at Greenville Memorial Hospital, she has worked closely with the ID physicians, nurse practitioners, and residents on the ID consults service. She is also involved in antimicrobial stewardship, COVID-19 therapeutics, and the pharmacokinetics service. This year, she is shifting into a role as the pharmacist serving OPAT patients for Prisma Health – Infectious Diseases Greenville. She graduated from the South Carolina College of Pharmacy at University of South Carolina and completed pharmacy residency training at University of Kentucky HealthCare. She has called Greenville home since 2003 and is proud to practice and raise her family here. She is wife to Daniel and mom to Joy and Malcolm.
