Alex D. Taylor, Pharm.D., CPP, BCIDP, AAHIVP is an infectious diseases pharmacy practice lead at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, NC. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Union University in 2015 and her doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2019. Dr. Taylor completed ASHP-accredited residency programs in pharmacy practice and infectious diseases at Cleveland Clinic. Her current research interests are in the areas of antimicrobial stewardship, HIV/AIDS, infectious diseases rapid diagnostics, and gram negative resistance.
