Dr. Catherine Liu is a Professor in the Vaccine and Infectious Diseases Division at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and in the Division of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the University of Washington Medical Center. She is Medical Director of the Antimicrobial Stewardship and Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT) Programs and Associate Director of Infection Prevention at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Her clinical and research interests include healthcare-associated infections, diagnostic and antimicrobial stewardship, and infectious disease management in immunocompromised hosts with a focus on patients with cancer and hematopoietic cell transplant recipients.
