Katerina Christopoulos, MD, MPH (she/her/hers)

Dr. Christopoulos is an infectious disease physician and Professor of Medicine in Residence in the Division of HIV, ID, and Global Medicine at San Frrancisco General Hospital, University of California San Francisco, where she cares for people with HIV at the Ward 86 clinic in San Francisco and conducts heatlh services and implementation science research. Her research has been continually funded by the NIH since 2010, and she is principal invesitgator of a R01 that is evaluating the implementation of long-acting injectable cabotegravir/rilpivirine at Ward 86, the Ponce de Leon clinic in Atlanta, and the University of Chicago HIV clinic.
