Jonathan Colasanti is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Global Health in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Emory University and the Medical Director of the Grady Health System's Infectious Disease Program, where they care for over 6,000 un- and underinsured persons with HIV. He received a BA in Pyschology from the University of Virginia. After earning his MD from the University of Miami, Dr. Colasanti completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Global Health Equity at the University of Miami and earned his Master of Science in Public Health, simultaneously. He completed his fellowship in infectious disesaes at Emory University, where he joined faculty in 2015. Dr. Colasanti has since developed a national reputation as an HIV care provider to vulnerable populations and in research around the HIV care continuum.
