Dr. Charles Thomas is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care at Mayo Clinic Rochester. He did training at the University of Texas in Austin, followed by University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, with residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care at Mayo Clinic. He has had NIH funded research programs studying the biology of Pneumocystis with an emphasis on lifecycle and signaling pathways.
