Amanda Stevens, B.S., MPH, is a 4th Year Medical Student at the Wayne State University School of Medicine. She is a proud, lifelong Michigander from Franklin, MI. She went to undergrad at the University of Michigan where she studied biochemistry and Spanish. She spent her first post-graduate year volunteering with Americorps in NYC where she worked to improve literacy in public schools. She then obtained a Masters of public health from George Washington University. In 2021 she began her medical education. She is applying for general surgery residency this fall.
