Rebecca Perez is a Research Associate based at the National University of Singapore. She obtained her master's degree in mathematical modeling for global health from the University of Oxford. Currently, she works in epidemiological modelling and clinical trial design and simulation with ADVANCE-ID, a research network dedicated to generating clinical evidence for understanding and adddressing antimicrobial resistance in Asia. The network currently conducts surveillance, observational studies, and clinical trials with a network of hospitals across Asia.
