Dr. Tim Uyeki is the Chief Medical Officer in the Influenza Division, CDC, and has interests in antiviral treatment and clinical management of influenza and respiratory viral infections, human infections with avian influenza A viruses, and emerging viral infectious diseases. He co-chaired the IDSA Influenza Clinical Practice Guidelines and has been a consultant to the World Health Organization on seasonal, zoonotic, and pandemic influenza, Ebola, SARS, MERS, and COVID-19.
