Jeremy J Taylor, PharmD, BCPS is the Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Pharmacy, and has completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia, and a PGY-2 Infectious Disease Clinical Pharmacy residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He has served as an Infectious Disease/Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist at Methodist Univerisity Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He has also served as an Investigational Drug Service Pharmacist with The Ohio State University James Cancer Hospital. He joined OhioHealth Doctors Hospital as the Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist in 2017. Over the past 20 years of practice, Jeremy has also served as an Infectious Disease preceptor and mentor to many pharmacy students and residents, as well as providing education to medical residents through formal didactic lectures, small group discussions, and individual physician detailing. Jeremy currently resides in Westerville, Ohio with his wife and daughter.
