Rachel Croxton, M.D., M.A. (she/her/hers) is a first-year Internal Medicine Resident at the University of Michigan. She has a passion for health equity work, with a special interest in care for refugee, immigrant, and asylum-seeking populations within the US. She has prior graduate training in Bioethics, with a Master's thesis providing a framework for care for medically vulnerable populations in natural disasters. Her current research focuses on improving health literacy regarding antimicrobial resistance within refugee and immigrant populations in southeast Michigan.
