Amanda Harrington is a Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Loyola University Chicago and Medical Director of the Loyola Medicine Clinical Microbiology Laboratory at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL. She is currently serving on several committees for the American Society for Microbiology, is a member of IDSA, and is the immediate Past-President of the Illinois Society for Microbiology.
