Dr. Gerald Pierone, Jr. is an infectious disease specialist. He is the founder and Chief Medical Officer of the Whole Family Health Center and The Pierone Research Institute with offices in Fort Pierce and Vero Beach, Florida. His research interests include streamlined HIV treatment, HIV-related metabolic complications, and management of HIV-related lipoatrophy. He has been involved in HIV clinical care and research for over 30 years.
