Dr. Evans is an epidemiologist and Research Health Scientist in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), in the Center of Innovation for Complex Chronic Healthcare at the Hines VA Hospital. She is also an Associate Professor in the Department of Preventive Medicine in the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. Her research is focused on infectious disease epidemiology, particularly antimicrobial resistance.
