Dr. Anne Rowley is Professor of Pediatrics and of Microbiology/Immunology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and an Attending Physician in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. She has devoted her research career to the study of the etiopathogenesis, clinical care, pathology, and immunology of Kawasaki Disease. She has been funded by the National Institutes of Health for her work for the past three decades. She has served on the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society Council, the American Board of Pediatrics Subboard of Pediatric Infectious Diseases, and the American Heart Association Committee on Rheumatic Fever, Endocarditis, and Kawasaki Disease.
