Neela D. Goswami, MD, MPH serves as Senior Medical Officer for the Field Services Branch in the Division of Tuberculosis Elimination (DTBE) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, GA, as well as Adjunct Assistant Professor in Infectious Diseases at Emory University School of Medicine and in Epidemiology at the Emory Rollins School of Public Health. She has published in the areas of HIV, TB, and COVID-19 public health and authored clinical guidelines in these subject areas as well. She cares for patients at the Grady Hospital Ponce de Leon clinic in metropolitan Atlanta. She completed her residency in internal medicine, master's in public health at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, fellowship in infectious diseases at Duke University Medical Center and is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
