Dr. Theresa Madaline is the Associate Chief Quality Officer and Infectious Diseases physician at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Madaline completed her medical education at Thomas Jefferson University, residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital, and Infectious Disease fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Madaline’s career and research has focused on healthcare safety and quality, improvement science, clinical leadership, healthcare epidemiology, and the use of technology to enhance care delivery. Dr. Madaline serves as Chair of the Quality Improvement and Measurement Subcommittee of the Infectious Diseases Society of America. In her spare time, she is an avid distance runner, traveler, baker, and mother to two extraordinary young humans.
