Dr. Sanjeet Singh Dadwal, MD is a Professor of Medicine and Chief, Division of Infectious Diseases in the Department of Medicine at the City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte, California, a NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. He directs the institutional Antimicrobial Stewardship Program, Co-Chair infection control committee, and is the Infectious Disease lead for the Transplant Disease Team. Dr. Dadwal’ s clinical and research interests include epidemiology, diagnosis, management & outcomes of infectious diseases in cancer patients, particularly recipients of hematopoietic stem cell transplant/ cellular therapy. He serves on the steering committee and is chair of the transplant infectious disease special interest group of the ASTCT (American Society of Transplantation and Cellular Therapy). He is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (ACP) and Infectious Disease Socety of America (IDSA).
