Todd Florin is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and an attending physician and Associate Division Head for Academic Affairs & Research in the Division of Emergency Medicine at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Dr. Florin is a clinical epidemiologist and trialist whose NIH-funded research program is focused on developing novel methods that combine clinical factors and biomarkers to risk stratify children with lower respiratory tract infections and improving diagnostic and antimicrobial stewardship for common infections in the acute care setting. He serves as Strategy & Operations Officer for the Society for Pediatric Research and on the Board of Directors of the Pediatric Academic Societies.
