Disclosure(s): No financial relationships to disclose
I am a recently-minted infectious diseases physician and research associate in the Division of Infectious Diseases and International Health at the University of Virginia, well-versed in tuberculosis prevention and public health research. With experience conducting public health-oriented research in both domestic and international settings, including Tanzania and the Philippines, I have successfully engaged diverse stakeholders to develop and implement innovative tuberculosis prevention strategies amidst complex health priorities. Prior to and throughout my infectious diseases fellowship, I gained valuable experience as an internist, combining clinical practice with a commitment to clinical education. I am eager to experience IDWeek in person to expand my professional network and meet leaders in the field of ID.
