Celeste Romano is an Epidemiologist with the Birth and Infant Health Research program at the Naval Health Research Center. She aims to provide evidence on the distribution and determinants of pregnancy and postpartum outcomes, as well as infant health outcomes, among military families. She previously worked with the California Department of Public Health Immunization Branch to understand and address vaccine equity. She received her MS in Epidemiology from UCLA in 2019 and returned in Fall 2024 to begin her PhD.
