Joshua Brandenburg is an epidemiologist with CDC’s Emerging Infections Program’s Healthcare-Associated Infections Community Interface in the Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion. Since joining CDC in 2017, he has been leveraging epidemiologic and laboratory data for surveillance and outbreak detection and investigation. His current role includes coordinating surveillance activities for the Multi-site Gram-negative Surveillance Initiative. Mr. Brandenburg received his Master of Public Health degree from Georgia State University.
