Dr. Kaisha Gonzalez currently serves as the Regional Director for US and Canada Scientific Affairs at Diasorin. She specializes in molecular diagnostics and infectious diseases and holds a doctorate in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. In her role, Dr. Gonzalez provides scientific expertise and support to both internal and external stakeholders, creating educational content, delivering presentations, and engaging in public outreach. She collaborates with laboratory professionals and clinical scientists on scientific research studies that lead to peer-reviewed manuscripts, posters, and scientific materials for diagnosing infectious diseases and addressing healthcare challenges. Additionally, she actively participates in molecular advisory boards, providing guidance and innovative strategies to identify valuable business opportunities through partnerships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers.
