Qurbonov Emomali Abduvalievich was born on December 8, 1992, in Devashtich District, Sughd Region, Republic of Tajikistan. He currently resides in Khujand, Tajikistan.
Emomali completed his education at Tajik State Medical University named after Abu Ali Ibn Sino in 2015, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health with a specialization in Hygiene, Epidemiology, and Public Health. Since April 2022, Emomali has held the position of Head of the Epidemiology Department at the Center for HIV Prevention and Control in Sughd Region.
