Dr. Patrick Ching is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases in Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. He is also an Associate Hospital Epidemologist in VCU Health. Before obtaining his master's degree in public health from Harvard, he worked at the National Institutes of Health in Manila studying HIV, sexually transmitted infections, and parasitic infections. His clinical and research interests include HIV, travel medicine, and healthcare epidemiology.
