Rafail Ibragimov, BS (he/him/his)

Mr. Rafail Ibragimov is a leading specialist in the scientific department of the Committee of Sanitary Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health under the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan. He received a Bachelor's in sanitary and epidemiology in 2017 from the Tashkent Medical Academy. In 2022, he was admitted to the Central Asia Region Field Epidemiology Training Program in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
As a leading specialist in the Committee since 2021, he is responsible for monitoring of viral hepatitis surveillance and implementing necessary preventive measures. Mr. Ibragimov is also involved in solving issues of the development of a registry of viral hepatitis.
