Dr. Taryn Eubank received her PharmD from Harding University College of Pharmacy and went on to complete a PGY1 residency at Houston Methodist Hospital as well as a PGY2 in Infectious Diseases also at Houston Methodist. During her PGY2, she became involved with many of the COVID-19 clinical trials at Houston Methodist including co-site investigator for the ACTT-4 International Clinical trial. Following residency, she received a National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases grant through the Gulf Coast Consortia Training Program in Antimicrobial Resistance to support an Infectious Diseases Research Postdoctoral Fellowship under Dr. Kevin Garey at University of Houston. Dr. Eubank has also acquired Board Certification in Infectious Diseases and works part time at Houston Methodist as a pharmacy clinical specialist. Her career interests include antimicrobial resistance and the human gut resistome.
