Dr. Luke Strnad is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Epidemiology Programs at the Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) School of Medicine and OHSU/Portland State University School of Public Health. At OHSU Luke is the Associate Program Director for the Infectious Diseases Fellowship Program, the Director of Quality Improvement for the Infectious Diseases Division, and the Infectious Disease lead on OHSU's multidisiplinary endocarditis program. Within the IDSA Luke is a member of the IDSA/ESCMID Clinical Practice Guidelines for Staphylococcus Aureus Bacteremia (guideline in development), member of the Mentorship & Recruitment Subcommittee, and member of the Medical Education Community of Practice within which he currently co-directs the IDWeek Medical Education Faculty Coaching Program.
