Dr. Gendlina is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. She is director of the Infectious Diseases and Infection Control service for Montefiore’s East Campus and Assistant Professor of Medicine, Infectious Diseases at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Gendlina graduated from the University of Miami’s combined MD/PhD program and completed her postgraduate training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, including an internal medicine residency at Jacobi Medical Center and an infectious diseases fellowship at Montefiore. Her clinical functions at Montefiore include the inpatient infectious diseases consult service and the outpatient infectious diseases clinic, and subspecialty clinic for patients with autoimmune and immune dysregulation diseases.
