Christine Vu, PharmD, BCPS, BCIDP is a Clinical Infectious Diseases pharmacist at Jackson Memorial Hospital, a 1500-bed academic medical center located in Miami, Florida. Originally from California, she graduated with a bachelors in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics from UCLA and obtained her doctorate degree from the University of San Francisco, California (UCSF). She then went on to complete her PGY1 general residency at Boston Medical Center and her PGY2 in infectious diseases at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. Throughout the years, she has developed strong interests in the field of transplant infectious diseases, antifungal stewardship, and gram negative multi-drug resistance. She recently presented at the annual FSHP conference on how to optimize the management of Candida auris infections.
