Meghna Nagam, MD, MPH is third year Internal Medicine Resident at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. After earning her Master's Degree in Public Health, she completed her medical education at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). While at UIC, she took part in the Midwest AIDS Training and Education Center's collaborative practice in HIV course, a training program aimed to foster interprofessional care for people living with HIV. She was also a member of the Global Health Track during medical school and recieved an Infectious Disease Society of America grant for her capstone project identifying factors impacting HIV medication adherence among female sex workers in India. Her current areas of interest are public and global health, people living with HIV, transplant infectious disease, and critical care.
